Description

Block Diagram

A-101

Call

32 Channel Passive Input

The A-101 is an analogue signal conditioning card. Over voltage protection is provided as standard and additional components may be added to provide current to voltage conversion, attenuation and filtering.

8 Channel Active Input

The A-201 is an analogue signal conditioning input card. The standard board is supplied with a gain of 10 and zero offset. This gives an input range of 0 to 1 Volt. The inputs are diode clamped for over voltage protection.

A-210

Call

4-20mA Input

The A-210 is a 4-20mA input card. The input resistance is 51 ohms giving only a 1V drop in the current loop. The floating inputs can operate in a wide range.

8 Channel Thermocouple

The A-301 is an 8 channel thermocouple input card. Using either type J or type K thermocouples the input temperature range is between -200 and +1750 degC. With on board cold junction compensation and a low pass filter the output is 10mV/degC.

4-20mA Output

The A-601 is a 4-20mA Output card. It converts a voltage output from a DAC into a current where 0 Volts produces 4 mA and 10 Volts produces 20mA. This can be used with industry standard products.

D-100

Call

8 Channel LED Monitor

The D-100 is an 8 channel LED indicator module. It can be used to monitor eight channels of digital I/O. It can be used to display the state of any digital channel on the STE I/O connector.

D-115

Call

16 Channel Relay Output

The D-115 is a 16 channel digital signal conditioning card providing voltage free relay outputs with the following ratings:

D115 SPCO @ 0.2 Amp

D116 SP @ 0.5Amp

D117 SP @ 2 Amps

Call

Digital Output High Current

The D-160 is an opto-isolated high current digital output.

F-010

Call

F type to Screw

The F-010 is part of a connector system primarily for use with the signal conditioning cards to connect them to the outside world. The plant wiring appears from the back of the enclosure on the screw terminals.
